I've been doing SEO for 16 years, so my SEO tool stack has changed quite a bit over time, but here are a few that have remained the same over the last 2-4 years. And yes, some of these links may earn me a commission or credits, but these are the tools I use daily, and I think you could benefit from using them. Detailed - Chrome Extension for the best / worst of SEO pages I use this extension to quickly check any website's structure: headings, schema, plagiarism, etc. It's a neat tool I can't recommend enough. And the best part? It's free! Cloudways - Hosting Provider Most of the hosting needs can be covered by most hosting providers. But nobody has a top-notch Customer Service like they do. I've been extremely stressed with server issues sometimes, only to get that resolved in under 10-minutes, just by chatting with them on their support system. So good! WP Rocket - Caching Plugin to reduce loading times I use the paid version of this Wordpress Plugin in all of my Wordpress projects. Paired with a CDN (next tool in the list), it helps me control what and how to optimally load my website's elements. I basically use this CDN to load any project faster wherever my readers are (you get to load content from a server that is closer to them), but also to handle other technicalities with super detailed control to compress images (up to 80%), CSS & JS, etc. All with one click. Very easy setup. Indexed Pro - Automatic Indexing for Google Search Console I have a couple of websites where we publish daily. By setting Indexed.pro I get to "push" my URLs on Google Search Console on auto-pilot –without ever needing to worry about it. I have too many things going on in my life to also worry about Google's decision to index or not index my URLs. Swiftbrief - SEO Briefs (Disclaimer: I'm the co-founder.) I was always frustrated about the shallowness of AI SEO Briefs and how much tweaking I needed to make them good before sending them to my writers. After 1.5 years of tweaking I can say I'm happy the briefs are completed by keyword clustering and research, SERPs analysis, and proper briefing (angles, templates, etc.). Our writers don't need to know a thing about SEO; they just focus on writing well under a structured SEO way. And we get to rank with the content we make. Fine by me! Search Intelligence - PR Links I've never been a fan of buying links, so when I discovered that these guys didn't buy them but placed them organically with PR ("Public Relations," e.g., annoying journalists until they publish), I was all-in. I tested it for one of my projects, and the DR grew about 10 points in one month. It's very expensive, but well worth it, IMHO. I have a 1K discount code in my hands; reply if you want it. Affillimate - "hotjar" for affiliates, with superpowers If you run several affiliate programs like I do, there is nothing better to optimize your earnings like this tool. It will tell you where people clicked before buying. It gives you hot maps, click maps, most sold products, highest earners, etc. HMU—If you have any questions or need a tool for a specific need, simply reply, and I'll try to help you out! Focused on SWAT SEO actions to propel your business upward and to the right
A company I worked with was acquired for $8MM. And it was the easiest, and fastest growing SEO I've done up until that moment. The company was a holding of two hot SaaS businesses that you've probably heard of: Tweet Hunter and Taplio. I still remember that spring day of 2022, I got lucky when Tibo (the owner) asked me for help with their SEO. I sent him a proposal over a Google Doc, he said "ok let's do it" in typical Tibo's way, and off we went! Thanks for the trust, Tibo! When I got into...
Most startups treat content like confetti—throw enough pieces in the air and hope something magical happens. They publish daily (AI, or real, doesn't matter) and then wonder why their traffic flatlines after months of "consistent" effort. Here's what they're missing: 👏 s 👏 truc 👏ture. Or better said: proper structure. The Blog Blasting Trap I see this pattern everywhere: Monday: "10 Marketing Tips for SaaS" Wednesday: "AI Tools Every Founder Needs" Friday: "Best Productivity Apps in 2025"...
SEO is overwhelming. There are too many options: Keyword research Tech stack Technical setup Copywriting, etc. Simplify things. Use the Epicenter as your guide. The Epicenter is your product or service. Imagine you own a pizza joint. You have a line of customers—are you sending them to your "pizza cooking classes"? No, you won't. You're selling pizza. Margarita or Pepperoni—take it or leave it. This is where you start, not on classes about healthy ingredients for pizza. The digital world is...
