A company I worked with was acquired for $8MM. And it was the easiest, and fastest growing SEO I've done up until that moment. The company was a holding of two hot SaaS businesses that you've probably heard of: Tweet Hunter and Taplio. I still remember that spring day of 2022, I got lucky when Tibo (the owner) asked me for help with their SEO. I sent him a proposal over a Google Doc, he said "ok let's do it" in typical Tibo's way, and off we went! When I got into their Slack I was blown away by all the high profile people that were in there. Even though I was running my SEO agency alone, I got them to rank crazy high in no time. Tweet Hunter had an impressive number of articles and programmatic SEO that wasn't doing much. They had a complex way to upload content, but was almost impossible to increase content velocity because of it. Their content wasn't connected, and definitely wasn't shooting at becoming a Topical Authority. The rest, they had it:
So we've fixed their content structure, checked all the internal linking, increased content velocity and started experimenting with the famous "Free Tools"— which then became a standard in the SaaS industry. When Tweet Hunter started flying we had a refined proven way to do their SEO. It was repeatable, scalable, and best of all, it created an ecosystem for the users to thrive. The nwe tried doing the same for their other SaaS. Taplio went from 0 to 100,000s visitors per month in 4-5 months. Two years later, these two projects were sold by $8,000,000. Crazy! Since then I recommend the same to every Startup we work with: Don't be a Keyword Collector. Be an Ecosystem Builder. --- The $100K Agency Workshop I'm hosting a workshop explaining how I went from a few grands to $100K and beyond with a proper lead generation system. And how I'm building my own ecosystem so that sales are taken care for me while I sleep. What channels I use. How I work with clients. And much more. Reply with "Agency" and I'll send you the details. |

Most startups treat content like confetti—throw enough pieces in the air and hope something magical happens. They publish daily (AI, or real, doesn't matter) and then wonder why their traffic flatlines after months of "consistent" effort. Here's what they're missing: 👏 s 👏 truc 👏ture. Or better said: proper structure. SEO is overwhelming. There are too many options: Keyword research Tech stack Technical setup Copywriting, etc. Simplify things. Use the Epicenter as your guide. The Epicenter is your product or service. Imagine you own a pizza joint. You have a line of customers—are you sending them to your "pizza cooking classes"? No, you won't. You're selling pizza. Margarita or Pepperoni—take it or leave it. This is where you start, not on classes about healthy ingredients for pizza. The digital world is...
As many of you know, I'm aiming to get 120MM clicks for my clients, or 100% YoY growth this year. So I've been looking at ways to fix all the Organic Search attribution drama. And what I found is simple for most SaaS: if a startup is not paying close attention, the attribution will made to the payment gateway (stripe or paypal), so you need to configure it properly. If you already did the setup, you should be able to track the conversions. These are the screens I check the most in GA4....
