3 SEO examples: From €58 to €700K

This week has been awful for my SEO agency.

2 clients churned.

The main reason?

They were spending above their means, in the hope that SEO was going to bring more traffic, faster.

But that's not how SEO works.

You need to have a good foundation and good enough data to invest in SEO for the long run.

If you don't have that, then the best is to not invest in SEO -yet-.

Let me give you 3 examples from €58 to €700K

1) One year ago I published a handful of pages with products' comparisons to earn some Amazon affiliate money.

From those posts, Google started sending me traffic in about 1 month, and I got to convert 1-2 sales and earn about €5-10 per month.

This month it brought 10 times that.

I could've speed it up last year, but I didn't have proof and in a domain without much of a history, I wasn't ready to spend more on it.

Now I have proof: I know which posts are working, I know what products are selling, and I got to refine the process to make it work better.

With a proven type of content, products and copy, we can enhance the SEO and 5x this project in the next 12 months.

2) R started his SEO about 4 years ago.

He published about 120 pages here and there over the span of four years.

Despite not following the best SEO practices, R got some results.

We spoke over DM several times, but he didn't have enough money to pay for my Agency's services.

But he joined the Rank & Cash 1-1 program 2 months ago.

Today I went checking his rankings: he was able to increase his traffic in 20%.

Also 25% increase in sign ups.

8% increase in paid users.

The interesting bit? He didn't publish any new content.

I just pointed in the right direction so that he knew technically what he had to do, and he did!

Now he knows what's working, and is getting a fresh batch of keyword research to delegate.

Because, yes, for the first time he is delegating content under the templates he found in the program.

He's now ready to 5x his business with proven templates, to develop a well-oiled content machine in the next year.

You don't need to be millionaire to do SEO, just some good cashflow, and data that helps you scale in the long run.

3) A business project - 3x and ready to scale.

This project started earning with 100% affiliate traffic, so I didn't care much about doing SEO for it.

It is a nice cash cow that has sold over $700K worth of products in the last 5-6 years.

However, margins are super thin, and I started caring more about margins.

So I did reinvest some of the profits and it has now 3x in the last 3 months— but it took one year to get here.

There's a lesson there.

When you trade stocks the biggest mistake is to take your money out when the stock is rising— you should be adding more instead.

With SEO is the same: if you have the opportunity start where you can add more money to your winners, not where you're going to go bankrupt if you don't see a return in the short term.

I have 2 spots left in the Rank & Cash program.

If you want me to help plan your SEO moves for 2025, this is the right moment.

Reply "Stock" and I'll send you the details.

SEO is overwhelming. There are too many options: Keyword research Tech stack Technical setup Copywriting, etc. Simplify things. Use the Epicenter as your guide. The Epicenter is your product or service. Imagine you own a pizza joint. You have a line of customers—are you sending them to your "pizza cooking classes"? No, you won't. You're selling pizza. Margarita or Pepperoni—take it or leave it. This is where you start, not on classes about healthy ingredients for pizza. The digital world is...

As many of you know, I'm aiming to get 120MM clicks for my clients, or 100% YoY growth this year. So I've been looking at ways to fix all the Organic Search attribution drama. And what I found is simple for most SaaS: if a startup is not paying close attention, the attribution will made to the payment gateway (stripe or paypal), so you need to configure it properly. If you already did the setup, you should be able to track the conversions. These are the screens I check the most in GA4....

The Rank Enhancement is a simple process to help you rank higher for content published in the past. The whole idea is to do a minimum effort to squeeze the most out of your SEO lemons. It's the best ROI I get for my clients. I explain a little bit what we've done for these clients in the following video: This is not impossible to streamline, but it's best done on a case by case basis. It uses different data points from Google Search Console, Analytics of any kind, rankings, and other...
