24 Sites, 1 Proven Strategy

When I started doing SEO, I quickly saw an opportunity.

I drip-published a travel blog and it ranked quickly.

So I thought if I wrote more, then I'd had more rankings.

And that's what I tested.

Instead of writing a post every week, I created dozens of pages and launched them all together between October and December of 2009.

Then I forgot about it and when I checked a year later surprised me: I was earning a living as an SEO!

(About €1.000 back then)

Based on these learnings, I created a solid system and a methodology that I could scale by delegation.

Over the years I've published 24 travel websites that make money with the same base.

The way I've done it was key:

  • Building the infrastructure (server, wordpress, etc.) with scalability in mind
  • Planning the Topical Maps for each project (Pillar Pages, Content Clusters)
  • Designing the Pages' Templates (Home Page, Pillar, Articles, etc.)
  • Doing the keyword research
  • Building assets and SOPs for the writers
  • A lot of SEO edition (for internal links, right keywords, etc.)
  • That was it! No magic trick.

You see, you don't need to publish constantly.

You can base your SEO content strategy in "sprints".

You can launch an SEO campaign with a solid focus.

Maybe is one cluster or aspect of your business.

Then rest for a few months, see results, and decide if you need to pursue another one.

I call this the "SEO Push".

This one, for example, is the latest website I launched like this, and it brings me 300K per year. Happy camper!

These other 3 where published between 2014 and 2018, and they still drive a lot of traffic as you can see (and earnings):

I guess when a website is born "correct" since their inception, there's no mixed signals with Google.

When you read between the lines what Google's spokeperson John Mueller says about publishing in bulk, it makes you wonder:

So, there's a new challenge for you: do an "SEO Push" before the end of the year, and let me know how it goes.

  • 40, 50, 100 pages under a "Topical Map" structure
  • Thoroughly published content
  • Publish in bulk
  • Rank & Cash!

Done For You SEO Push

I'm opening 2 spots to make an "SEO Push" in November.

The work includes advanced SEO techniques to ensure everything is set up well:

  • SEO Audit to make sure your site is eligible
  • Building your Topical Map
  • An Editorial Calendar (with Pillar Pages and Clusters)
  • Deploying and publishing your first 50,000 words (30-50 pages or more if programmatic)
  • Foundational Backlinks (12-15 DR 25+)

Reply with the word "Push" and your URL for pricing and details.

SEO is overwhelming. There are too many options: Keyword research Tech stack Technical setup Copywriting, etc. Simplify things. Use the Epicenter as your guide. The Epicenter is your product or service. Imagine you own a pizza joint. You have a line of customers—are you sending them to your "pizza cooking classes"? No, you won't. You're selling pizza. Margarita or Pepperoni—take it or leave it. This is where you start, not on classes about healthy ingredients for pizza. The digital world is...

As many of you know, I'm aiming to get 120MM clicks for my clients, or 100% YoY growth this year. So I've been looking at ways to fix all the Organic Search attribution drama. And what I found is simple for most SaaS: if a startup is not paying close attention, the attribution will made to the payment gateway (stripe or paypal), so you need to configure it properly. If you already did the setup, you should be able to track the conversions. These are the screens I check the most in GA4....

The Rank Enhancement is a simple process to help you rank higher for content published in the past. The whole idea is to do a minimum effort to squeeze the most out of your SEO lemons. It's the best ROI I get for my clients. I explain a little bit what we've done for these clients in the following video: This is not impossible to streamline, but it's best done on a case by case basis. It uses different data points from Google Search Console, Analytics of any kind, rankings, and other...
