How I Grew My Agency to $100K in 12 months

The year I started my SEO agency, I made $100k (about €87K).

One of the clients from that initial cohort ended up selling his SaaS businesses for $8,000,000.

I helped him grow two SaaS:

  1. From 8K visits/month to 90K visits/month.
  2. From 120/mo to 120K/mo in 5 months.

What I did wasn’t fancy, but it was something that no other SEO agency does.

I'll explain what we did below.

But this momentum was great validation for my business.

If can I help others make millions, then I could make millions too!

This is my agency formula:

  • Treat your offer as the strategy
  • Nail one distribution channel consistently
  • Ideate a framework to scale your work and your team

Back to SEO:

What did we do for that initial client that was so exciting?

They had a lot of articles that weren't doing much.

They had a complex way to upload content.

Their content wasn't connected.

We've fixed all of that stuff.

We also did "Free Tools" like maniacs.

By focusing on my SCORE SEO framework, we found a way to keep things was repeatable and scalable, but above all, bringing results.

For those of you wondering, this is SCORE:

  • Site Optimization
  • Content Production
  • Outside Signals
  • Rank Enhancement
  • Evaluation

You get to learn more about it getting the SEO Growth Bundle

It covers all we did for them and many other clients:

  • AI Prompts
  • Topical Maps
  • On-Page SEO
  • Rank Enhacement
  • Local SEO Checklists
  • How to run SEO teams
  • .. and a bunch of other stuff.

Instead of paying $740, you can get it for $91 for the next few days.

Ps. Get it soon, as this won't be selling on Black Friday day.
